OH. MY. GOSH - call it pregnancy amnesia if you must, but I do NOT remember being THIS tired with my two pregnancies. I can hardly function, LOL. It probably doesnt help that I feel sinusy on top of it AND have that hungover/unsatisfied/almost nausea feeling already too. I dont know if I want something to snack on or something to drink and if so, what. But it goes away and is so worth it in the end.
We went to the doctor in Savannah for the last time Monday for the ultrasound. We saw ONE baby with a heart beat! It looked like a lima bean and was right on track with size. I think I was more disappointed than baby momma that there werent two.
So, now I am being released to Dr Hiller and our first appointment is next week! YAY!! Hoping this crap-tastic feeling will go away soon and very soon!

DID IT WORK??
Sorry it has taken me so long to post again. I have been so busy and had a sick little one.
ANYWAY, ok, where did I leave off? Did the procedure. I continued the patches and shots daily and we went back to the doctor for blood work 8 days after the transfer. I had HCG levels checked. They said that they would call with results and the slip said it was STAT so when we had not heard after an hour, we called them. (baby momma and I are a little impatient :))
HCG level was 42 and she said that they consider anything over 20 to be a positive pregnancy test! YAY! We are pregnant, so we think.
Then we had to go back 2 days later to have HCG levels read again. We didnt hear from them for an hour again and that just wasnt gonna cut it for us. So we called, and stalked, and called until they finally told us that the levels were, in fact, doubled, which is what had to happen for it to be a regular pregnancy and not considered "chemical pregnancy". The levels were 106. I can honestly say that waiting on that call was the only time I have been a little unsure about whether or not it really worked. NOT a fun feeling? We were both (baby momma and myself) a nervous wreck.
I am continuing shots and patches and feeling great. NOTHING different except that I seem hungry all the time and hungry for some substance like meat and potatoes, not sweets. I havent been a huge sweets fan ever though. And my boobs are sore and bigger (sorry if there are guys reading). And I could sleep 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but it isnt that pregnant tired yet, where you feel like getting in fetal position in the middle of the floor at work.
We go back in about a week and a half for an ultra sound. We should then be able to see heartbeats and tell how many babies there are! There could only be 2 at most, so dont go thinking I could be the next Octomom, LOL.
Thanks for your continued prayers and support. I am very excited to be able to have this experience!
